Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae are still on the free agent market after leaving WWE.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that it’s expected the married couple will soon be ready to return to professional wrestling. It wasn’t indicated where they’ll be headed, but there were people in AEW pushing the company to bring in LeRae.
Regarding Gargano, Meltzer said he has an open door with WWE to return to NXT, but that may not be the best place for him to land as WWE is currently pushing younger stars.
