On Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision, Aussie Open issued a challenge to FTR for AEW WrestleDream. FTR would go on to accept the challenge later on in the night.
Following the announcement, here is the updated lineup for WrestleDream, set to emanate from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington, on October 1st:
- AEW World Tag Team Championship: FTR (c) vs. Aussie Open
- Bryan Danielson vs. Zack Sabre Jr
- Hangman Page vs. Swerve Strickland
The event will be held in honor of the wrestling pioneer, Antonio Inoki.
