At Sunday night’s AEW Revolution pay-per-view event, William Regal made his All Elite Wrestling debut and forced Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson to show each other some respect following their brutal war. Following the match, Regal slapped both men and made them shake hands, which they eventually did.
AEW President Tony Khan has since taken to Twitter, confirming that William Regal is “All Elite.” He said,
“It’s official! @RealKingRegal is ALL ELITE!
#AEWRevolution”
William Regal has previously worked in WWE as the General Manager of WWE NXT. He was working behind-the-scenes in the role of Director of Talent Development and Head of Global Recruiting for the company.
Regal was released from WWE in January due to “budget cuts.”
