John Cena will be part of the cast of the new “Argylle” movie. The project will start filming in Europe this August and released next year.
WWE reportedly hopes to have John Cena challenge Universal Champion Roman Reigns for the title at this year’s SummerSlam, which takes place Saturday, August 21st.
Dave Meltzer addressed the issue on today’s Wrestling Observer Radio. Cena’s new movie commitment “is not a hurdle” for SummerSlam this year and the belief is the main event is happening.
