Cody Rhodes has reportedly signed with WWE and is slated to wrestle Seth Rollins at WWE WrestleMania 38. The only question is when he will make his return as some reports have noted that WWE wants to save it for the night of WrestleMania Sunday while there has also been speculation that Rhodes could show up on Monday’s Raw.
