– After Roman Reigns defeated The Miz to win the Intercontinental Championship, it seems as though there has been some speculation indicating that he will no longer be taking on Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania 34 next year. According to a report from Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, however, it seems as though plans have not been changed at all.
As of last week, Reigns is still penciled in to challenge Lesnar for the Universal Title in the main event of WrestleMania 34. It’s unknown if Reigns will go into the match still as Intercontinental Champion, but it’s believed he will drop the strap prior.
