— Monday night’s edition of WWE RAW ranked #1 among series & specials for the night in Nielsen’s social media TV ratings. The show had 96,000 interactions with 22,000 unique authors on Twitter. This is down from last week’s 98,000 Twitter interactions with 28,000 unique authors. RAW also had 178,000 Facebook interactions with 128,000 unique authors, which is up from last week’s 169,000 interactions with 121,000 unique authors on Facebook.

After narrowly escaping the loss of the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at WrestleMania and WWE Payback, respectively – using questionable tactics in both instances – Neville defeated Austin Aries in a Submission Match at WWE Extreme Rules to reaffirm his placeatop of the Cruiserweight division. Despite making Neville tap out on the outside of the ring, the rules of the match required A-Double to make his opponent submit inside the squared circle.
Engaged in a highly-competitive contest, The King of the Cruiserweights did not employ any nefarious actions in making Aries submit to The Rings of Saturn. Following the loss, Aries tweeted, “And with that it might be time for some serious life reflection and career reevaluation…”
