Even WWE seems to be confused as it pertains to what to announce as far as the WrestleMania 38 attendance is concerned.

While a graphic that aired during the WrestleMania 38 (Night Two) pay-per-view event noted that there were 78,453 fans in attendance, the announcer himself said that there were 77,453 fans at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX.

WWE is known to inflate these numbers so believe what you will.

On Saturday night, WWE announced an attendance of 77,899 fans for WrestleMania 38 (Night One), but the actual number was far less.

According to a report from WrestleTix, the actual number of tickets distributed was 65,719. This included thousands of comps (free tickets) that were given out to many family members and friends of the crew and talent themselves, as well as numerous radio and television networks for promotional purposes.
