WWE has big plans to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Hulkamania this month.
Hulk Hogan made his last appearance on WWE television a year ago during the 30th anniversary episode of RAW.
According to a report from WrestleVotes, WWE has a celebration planned for Hulkamania, but it is unlikely that Hogan will make an appearance on television. However, this could potentially change in the future. The report states,
“WWE plans to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Hulkamania this month with various new merchandise items & collectibles for Hulk Hogan. I’m told an appearance by Hogan is not out of the question but also not planned as of now. The recognized start of Hulkamania has generally been when he defeated the Iron Sheik for his 1st WWE Championship on 1/23/1984.”
