Fightful has released the list of the producers for last Saturday’s WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, including several backstage notes from the event.
* Michael Hayes, Shane Helms, Jason Jordan, Kenny Dykstra, and Jamie Noble produced the Men’s Royal Rumble match.
* Abyss produced the Bray Wyatt vs. LA Knight match.
* Adam Pearce produced the Bianca Belair vs. Alexa Bliss match.
* TJ Wilson, Molly Holly, Petey Williams & Jason Jordan produced the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
* Michael Hayes produced the Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns match.
* Jason Cade was brought in to help with the Royal Rumble, but wasn’t officially listed as a producer.
* Numerous WWE Superstars didn’t leave through the main entrance upon being eliminated. Instead, they were taken to an exit along the side and were escorted to the back. Logan Paul snapped photos with fans on his way back.
* The Royal Rumble was B-Fab’s maiden WWE main roster match and third televised bout.
* Dana Brooke, Natalya, Tamina, and Liv Morgan have been in every women’s Royal Rumble match since its inception in 2018.
* Chelsea Green was not hidden before her surprise return and was seen at the Alamodome all day. She carried several different ring gears to the show.
* Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows were not in San Antonio nor planned for the show. Ronda Rousey was also not expected for the event after losing the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Charlotte Flair.
* Several NIL recruits were at some events during Royal Rumble weekend, including the Special Olympics event, a fireside chat and dinner, and the Rumble itself. Many people in WWE spoke highly of Abby Jacobs and believe she can easily transition to wrestling if she chooses to go down that path.
