On this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, John Cena was a special guest on ‘The Grayson Waller Effect.’ Waller did what most would consider cringy material for the majority of the segment, with Cena not saying a word.

Cena did not seem in the mood to talk, and it eventually seemed as though The Champ was ready to get physical with Waller. However, Jimmy Uso soon interrupted the proceedings. As he entered the ring, Jimmy got in Cena’s face and snatched away his mic, saying that no one wants him there. He added that unless Cena had something important to say or do, he should get off Jimmy’s show. Jimmy continued to rant before Solo Sikoa’s theme music hit.

Solo, flanked by a visibly confused and scared Paul Heyman (due to interactions earlier in the night), also entered the ring, getting right in Cena’s face. Solo then turned around, stepped away, and suddenly grabbed Jimmy. He feigned a Samoan Spike, before taking out Cena with a Superkick. Jimmy then began to laugh and joined Solo in beating down Cena as Grayson Waller watched on.

AJ Styles rushed to the ring to make the save, after Jimmy Uso had cost him his match against Finn Balor earlier in the night. Cena and Styles proceeded to fight back and took out the heels, with Solo retreating. Cena had Jimmy up on his shoulders for an Attitude Adjustment, but Solo yanked Jimmy off Cena’s shoulders per Paul Heyman’s orders. Cena and Styles shook hands and hugged as SmackDown went off the air.

The dynamic amongst The Bloodline and associates, The Judgement Day, John Cena, The O.C., and to an extent Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes, seems to be ripening.
