Drew McIntyre and CM Punk’s rivalry continues to get bitter with each passing week, as both men continue to trade verbal shots while waiting to get physical in the ring.
Punk is recovering from a triceps injury he sustained earlier this year and is expected to return to action around SummerSlam 2024.
McIntyre recently posted a video on TikTok addressing a fan’s comment comparing him to Punk. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion didn’t hold back, criticizing the fan for using insider language and referring to him as a “mark.”
McIntyre also stated Punk fans are often foolish. He said,
“If you’re a Punk fan, 97.8% of the time, you’re an idiot. I base this on facts and evidence. Not with lies and revisionist history like so many others. I can’t stress this enough, not a heel, not a bad guy. Watch the show, check the facts. And don’t use insider terms unless you’re in the business. You cringey mark.”
