John Cena’s portrayal of Peacemaker in “The Suicide Squad” movie in 2021 was a hit among fans. This led to the creation of a spinoff series called “Peacemaker” on the MAX streaming service, which premiered in 2022.
The series was written and directed by James Gunn and features a talented cast, including Steve Agee, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick, and Chukwudi Iwuji.
Gunn recently shared on social media that filming for the second season of Peacemaker has already begun.
