Jey Uso may have won his singles debut at WrestleMania 40 (Night One) but the ‘Main Event’ Superstar has had some conflicted feelings over the match.
At WWE WrestleMania 40 (Night One), Jey defeated his brother Jimmy in the first pay-per-view event match between the two brothers.
During a “WWE Digital Exclusive” after the match, Jey shared how he was feeling after defeating his brother at the biggest event of the year. He said,
“I have conflicted emotions because at the end of the day that’s still my twin brother, I still love my brother and I see the good in Jimmy. He kinda hit me with the okie doke out there and he tried to catch a W on me. I really did believe him, my twin telepathy was going off.”
This match was the third time real-life brothers had battled at WrestleMania, following on from Bret vs. Owen Hart in 1994 and Matt vs. Jeff Hardy in 2009.
