LA Knight has heard The Rock’s recent comments about wrestling “being cool again” since he returned to the company, and he recently took to the “Busted Open Radio” podcast to respond to the Great One’s claim. He said,
“I hear him say wresting is cool again, and he’s right, but I just want to make sure that everybody knows it started getting cool again… six or seven months before he got there. I’m not saying he can’t add to that cool factor, and I’m not saying that he won’t. I’m just saying … wrestling was cool again before he came back.”
LA Knight vs. AJ Styles will be taking place at WrestleMania 40, while The Rock will be teaming up with Roman Reigns to face off against Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40 (Night One).
