Tiffany Stratton has been relieved by the reaction she’s received on the main roster after fearing that fans of SmackDown wouldn’t know her.
After being called up to the main roster, Stratton has quickly risen through the ranks thanks to impressive runs in the women’s Royal Rumble & Elimination Chamber matches.
In a recent interview with Denise Salcedo, Stratton spoke about her fears upon learning that she’d be moving from WWE NXT to SmackDown. She said,
“Honestly, it [the fan response on the main roster] has been so reassuring for me ’cause I think getting called up from NXT, you’re always worried like, are they gonna remember me? Are they gonna even know me? Are they gonna like me? It’s such a different audience than NXT. So it’s just been so reassuring for me to see that I won the WWE crowd over.”
Stratton is not currently booked for a match at WWE WrestleMania 40. The two-night mega-show will begin tomorrow night in Philadelphia, PA.
