In a recent appearance on the “Gabby AF” podcast, WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis called his recent bicep tear a “freak injury,” and provided an update on his recovery.
Aldis said, “So yeah, [it] was just a freak thing. Doctor LeClere [at] Vanderbilt here in Nashville did a phenomenal job. He works on the Nashville Predators and all sorts of high-profile athletes and stuff like that. He did a great job. I feel great.”
Aldis is not expected to miss any on-air time due to the injury.
Former WWE Women’s Champion Jazz and former WWE Divas Champion Maryse are in Philadelphia, PA for WrestleMania 40 this weekend.
Jazz will appear at ‘WWE World’ and attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
Additionally, there’s talk in Philadelphia that former ECW talent Dawn Marie will attend the Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Friday.
