Chad Gable has turned to the dark side.
On this week’s episode of WWE RAW, Sami Zayn defeated Chad Gable in the main event to retain the Intercontinental Title.
While the two went back-and-forth in a hard fought battle, Zayn picked up the “W” in the end. Following the match, Zayn held Gable’s hand up but the latter shoved him. Eventually, Gable held Sami’s hand up and everything seemed cool.
Zayn then exited the ring to go celebrate with his family at ringside. That’s when Gable attacked from behind, taking Zayn out and putting him in an ankle lock from the turnbuckle. So it appears we’ll be seeing another singles match between these two in the near future, likely at the WWE Backlash: France pay-per-view event.
