Here are the results for the December 20th, 2019 edition of Friday Night SmackDown.
We open the show with Daniel Bryan, and he comes out to a pop. He responds to those who ask where he’s been, and he said The Fiend ripped out his hair, and that he didn’t notice it was missing. However, what he did notice was missing was the Daniel Bryan brand. He went home and saw his daughter without facial hair and long hair, and her daughter cried when she saw it. His daughter didn’t recognize her, but he did.
This was the man who wasn’t supposed to main event WrestleMania and never got handed anything. Bryan said Wyatt succeeded in changing him, but he claims he will change Bray to make him feel pain. He calls Wyatt out, but The Miz comes out instead.
Miz says that TLC wasn’t about winning or losing, but protecting his family, and that Bryan doesn’t understand what it’s like for his home to be invaded in that manner. He also says that Wyatt will never understand what it’s like to have a family, but he will take away the only thing he cares about, the Universal Championship. King Corbin comes out.
King Corbin said if Miz’s daughter had his wife’s genes, it wouldn’t have been so scary for her. Then, he says Bryan looks like Baby Yoda. Corbin says the only brand Bryan knows is failure. Corbin says Wyatt has something he wants and by virtue of his victory over Roman, he is next in line for a Universal Title shot. Corbin then says Miz and Bryan have failed as WWE superstars, but also as fathers. Miz and Bryan put down their microphones.
Dolph Ziggler comes from behind and superkicks Miz and cheapshots Bryan from behind. Corbin hits the End of Days on Bryan. Corbin and Ziggler stand tall.
The Miz and Daniel Bryan vs. King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler is made official for later tonight.
Heavy Machinery vs. The Revival – Miracle on 34th Street Fight
Heavy Machinery is asked before the match if their confidence is shaken after last week’s loss to Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro. Tucker says they are not, and that Otis loves giving out gifts, especially a mouthful of joy in the form of a ham. Tucker says he’s a big man with a big heart, and tonight, they’re going to spread holiday joy. Mandy Rose says she’s playing Secret Santa and decided to give Otis a gift. It’s a new ham, and she gives Otis a kiss on the cheek.
Otis cleans house in the ring and drops Scott Dawson onto a bunch of Legos. The Compactor finishes things for Heavy Machinery.
Winners: Heavy Machinery
After the match, Scott Dawson says that it’s a shame they are supposed to represent the garbage around the ring, and their legacy shouldn’t be these joke matches they are in every week. Dash Wilder asks what happened to gold fashioned tag team wrestling. Scott says it no longer matters because they are in the new era of sports entertainment. Elias comes out.
He sings and says that it would be better if The Revival goes away and that if they want to be front and center, they’ll have to make a change like Caitlyn Jenner.
Braun Strowman is backstage approached by Sami Zayn. He says he’s not here to recruit him for a group, but he’s here because he drew his name for Secret Santa. Zayn wonders what Strowman wants for Christmas, but Braun says he’s ruined the spirit of Christmas by burying every holiday. Cesaro and Nakamura backs Zayn up and asks if there’s a problem.
Zayn claims he sincerely wants to give Braun a gift and Braun takes Zayn up on his offer and asks to make a way to get him an Intercontinental Championship match. Zayn says he’ll look at his list, check it twice and get back to him.

Winners: The New Day
After the match, Zayn, Cesaro and Nakamura jump New Day. Braun Strowman comes out to save. Nakamura and Cesaro briefly get the upper hand jumping him, but Braun overpowers everyone and hits Cesaro with the battering ram outside. He goes for the running powerslam on Nakamura, but Zayn saves him and retreats.
Miz and Bryan are backstage and Miz thanks Bryan for saving him from Wyatt attacking him with that hammer. Bryan said he did it for him and says he still doesn’t like him. Miz says the same. Miz eventually says that they need to put their differences aside and get through tonight, but Wyatt is all his.
Bayley (w/Sasha Banks) vs. Dana Brooke
Bayley gets the victory by pinfall with her DDT finisher.
Winner: Bayley
After the match, Bayley and Sasha Banks talk down to Dana Brooke before Lacey Evans comes down and chases the two off. Evans calls out Sasha and says she is a Legit Bully instead of a Legit Boss and challenges her to a match so she can make her a legit loser.
