A No Disqualification match between Jeff Hardy and Sammy Guevara will air this Friday on AEW Rampage. Hardy might have suffered an injury during the taping.
Guevara went for a shooting star press off the top rope, but Hardy got his knees up. However, Guevara’s knee ended up colliding with Hardy’s face.
Referee Paul Turner called for the ringside medical personnel to check on Hardy.
Soon after, an audible was called and the two immediately went to the finish.
Hardy appeared to be bleeding from his lip or nose. He was able to walk out with the help of ringside officials.
Fightful Select is reporting that Hardy will undergo concussion tests. It was initially feared that he had suffered a broken nose.
