As we reported yesterday here on eWn, Jade Cargill has signed a multi-year deal with AEW.

According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, when AEW announces publicly that a talent has signed, they are under weekly guarantees. As far as the newcomers are concerned, they are paid better than NXT talents but not as well as WWE main roster talents. Of course, the pay depends on the individual and their name value. The wrestlers who work AEW Dark are usually signed to per-show deals. Ben Carter was an exception to this.

If a wrestler appears on AEW Dynamite, they have some sort of deal with the company.
