Matt Cardona, who parted ways with Impact Wrestling earlier this year, made his return to the company during the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match at Bound for Glory 2023.
A report earlier this year indicated that the promotion was pivoting away from utilizing any non-contracted talent.
According to a report from Fightful Select, Cardona’s appearance at Bound for Glory 2023 was said to have been a one-off, although both sides are open to future collaborations.
With that being said, Cardona is not interested in signing a full-time contract with Impact Wrestling.
