In regards to Ryback’s current status with WWE, there have been no talks between the two sides after they became involved in a contract dispute last month. Vince McMahon wound up sending him home from the WWE SmackDown TV tapings after a meeting.
Many expect Ryback to wind up getting released from WWE and he will then work the independent scene. There is no word on if WWE is planning to keep him until his current contract expires or if they will let him go early. The two sides are said to be very far a part on the terms of a new contract and neither side of budging.
