Pwinsider.com reports that Cesaro has departed from WWE after his current contract expired.
Per the report, the two sides had been in negotiations but had not come to terms on a new agreement. He doesn’t have a 90-day non-compete.
Cesaro had been slated to be at tomorrow’s Smackdown event, but that’s not the case now.
He hasn’t wrestled since February 11th on SmackDown when he lost to Baron Corbin. He signed with WWE in 2011 and during his run, he was a United States and Tag Team Champion.
