As noted, Chris Jericho was hospitalized yesterday in Wales ahead of a Fozzy concert. There are not a lot of details about it aside from it not being COVID-related.
Jericho issued the following statement to Dave Meltzer regarding the situation:
“I’m feeling good. They just wanted to observe me overnight and I’m in the right place. Not COVID related. Tour has been amazing. 100 percent sold out and crowds have been absolutely nuts.”
The promoter for the show in Wales issued this statement on Instagram:
“Chris was checked into Hospital by doctors, with a non-Covid related, treatable health issue. Regrettably the show on Friday in Swansea is cancelled and all tickets will be refunded. Will have updates on Saturday’s show in Nottingham and Sunday’s show in London as soon as possible.”
