Finn Balor suffered a bad shoulder injury in his match against Seth Rollins at Sumemrslam, and was projected to be out of action for at least six months, putting an appearance in time for WrestleMania in jeopardy. In an update, according to Ringside News, Balor is said to be progressing “very well” at the WWE Performance Center.
Balor is reportedly very optimistic about his return and while officials are hoping for a return at WrestleMania 33, it’s being said now that he is expected to return beforehand. Other reports suggest that if his rehab goes very well, then an appearance at the Royal Rumble PPV wouldn’t be out of the question, but that’s doubtful as of right now.
