A hearing for Jeff Hardy following this week’s DUI arrest didn’t happen as planned today.
Hardy was pulled over this past weekend for reckless driving and was arrested after a breath test confirmed he was three times over the legal blood-alcohol limit to operate a vehicle.
Volusia County records show that Hardy’s hearing, which was scheduled for this afternoon at 1:30 PM EST, has instead been canceled.
No other court date took the place of Hardy’s hearing, implying it has not been postponed, and no explanation was given as to why the hearing was canceled.
