On the latest episode of his “Grilling JR” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer and AEW commentator Jim Ross spoke about the end of his wrestling career.
Ross is currently employed by AEW, but his current contract will expire soon. As we previously reported in July, he had two months left. Ross said,
“When I leave wrestling, that’s what I’m going to miss most, the interaction with the talents. Not necessarily just on the calls, but after the show, before the show. Getting those nice text messages from guys that don’t have to do it, they want to do it. I think that speaks well to their integrity and their character.”
