Kevin Owens Returns To Former Gimmick On WWE RAW, References Owen Hart

On Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Kevin Owens interrupted Drew McIntyre, as the latter was cutting a promo about potential opponents following his match with Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle.

McIntyre named a host of different talents, and after he mentioned Karrion Kross, Owens came out and proceeded to berate McIntyre.

Owens poked fun at McIntyre’s voice and entrance attire. He also referenced a match between himself and Zayn from six years ago, stating that it was a classic which people still talk about to this day.

Owens went on to suggest that he felt something was missing from since that time. He referenced how it has been five years since holding a major title and that he was returning to the “Prize Fighter” that everyone knew him to be. He also added in an Owen Hart reference when he said, “Enough is enough and it’s time for a change”. The reference was a catchphrase Owen Hart used when he turned heel and joined the Nation of Domination.
