WWE and Randy Orton are gearing up for his return.
The Viper has not been on WWE television since May 2022, when the Usos defeated RK-Bro in a unification title match on an episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Orton had fusion back surgery last November that would keep him out of action for an extended period of time.
WWE has approved new merchandise and branding for Orton ahead of his return that is targeted within the next month, possibly at Survivor Series on November 25th.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the timeframe for Orton’s return is still on track and Orton is looking to wrestle until he’s 50 if at all possible.
