Nick Hogan, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, was taken into custody last month in Clearwater, Florida, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Following his return from a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant, Hogan was pulled over by the police. He refused a sobriety test.
According to a report from Pwinsider, Hogan officially pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor DUI on Tuesday. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for January 17th.
It is worth noting that Nick was previously involved in a car accident in 2007, which resulted in his friend, John Graziano, suffering from brain damage. He was sentenced to 8 months in jail for that case.
