WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins will undergo an MRI after suffering a potential injury during this week’s episode of RAW.
In the main event, Rollins retained his title against Jinder Mahal. During the match, Rollins was seen favoring his leg and reportedly had to be helped to the back.
On today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided an update on the reigning World Heavyweight Champion. He said,
“I just know he’s getting an MRI. Then we will find out. I was told it could be something minor or it could be something worse. We won’t know until the MRI result comes back.”
Rollins captured the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in May of 2023 after defeating AJ Styles in the finals of a 12-man tournament at WWE Night of Champions.
