The Ring Of Honor (ROH) Best In The World pay-per-view (PPV) takes place from the UMBC Event Center in Baltimore, Maryland tomorrow night (Fri. June 28, 2019). The pre-show will begin on FITE, Facebook Live, and major cable/satellite operators at 8:30 p.m. ET.
