Seth Rollins has confirmed he’s dealing with a grade two MCL tear and partially torn meniscus. The injury came on last week’s episode of RAW when he attempted a moonsault on Jinder Mahal.
During the opening segment of Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Rollins revealed that doctors have told him that surgery, if he opts for it, will keep him out of action for between three and four months. This led to GUNTHER coming out to announce that he was planning to win the men’s Royal Rumble match and would then go on to challenge Rollins for the WWE World Title at WrestleMania 40.
The segment ended with Rollins saying he didn’t want to listen to the doctors and will do everything he can to make it to WrestleMania 40 as champion. With that being said, he’s taking things “day by day.”
