Earlier this week, Triple H told CBS Sports that the company did an investigation into the allegations against The Velveteen Dream and were unable to find anything.
It’s been reported that people backstage were unhappy that Dream was brought back to NXT amid the allegations of sexual misconduct with underage boys.
During today’s WWE NXT TakeOver: XXX conference call, Triple H was asked about the allegations. This is where he stated that they’ve moved on.
“We looked into it, didn’t find anything there in the matter of what we were looking for and we moved on. But that doesn’t change the fact that we take it seriously.”
