Finn Balor should not be part of The Judgment Day and instead belongs in NXT, according to Vince Russo.
It has been over a year since Balor aligned himself with the faction that includes Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, Mr. MITB Damian Priest, and North American Champion Dominik Mysterio.
Speaking on the “Wrestle Binge” podcast, Russo argued that Balor should remain in NXT rather than as part of the Judgment Day, because he cannot draw. He said,
“Bro, can we just be totally honest here? Finn should be in NXT. Bro, he’s not gonna draw three people in WWE. Come on, it is what it is.”
The Judgment Day is expected to appear more on NXT moving forward following Mysterio’s championship win this week over Wes Lee.
Balor will challenge WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins at WWE SummerSlam 2023 on August 5.
