Michael ‘Venom’ Page made quite the impression with his Undertaker-inspired entrance at UFC 299 but the fighter had much more planned.
At the UFC’s most recent pay-per-view event, Page made his entrance to The Undertaker’s theme and donned a black cloak to make his arrival extra intense.
During the post-fight press conference, Page spoke about the entrance and stated that he had much more planned at first. He said,
“To be fair, we had quite a bit more. It would have been even more entertaining. UFC was like, ‘Calm down, it’s your first one.’ We had to strip it back a little bit. I just like to make it a show. It helps me. It helps me relax when I’m putting on a show. It helps the time fly by and me have the best time ever. When I’m in that mode, I feel I’m the most dangerous.”
Page won his fight with Ken Holland via decision.
