WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. Sasha Banks in a triple threat match was booked at this year’s WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Belair got the early advantage by tossing Becky to the floor and Belair hitting a powerslam to Banks. Belair was sent to the floor while Banks did some arm drags then a knee strike to Lynch. Lynch with a series of strikes to Banks then a leg drop off the middle rope. Lynch with a few powerslams to both of her opponents. Lynch was caught on a dive and tossed into the turnbuckle. Belair rolled up Banks a few times.
Banks with a series of suplexes to Belair. Banks missed a frog splash, but managed to toss Belair into the corner. Belair with a shoulder tackle to Banks. Lynch and Belair exchanged roll ups. Belair with a gut buster to Lynch. Belair followed up with a suplex to her, but missed a standing moonsault. Banks and Lynch applied both of their submissions at the same time to Belair. Banks with the back stabber to Lynch then locked in the Bank Statement, but Belair broke it up. Lynch broke up a pin attempt by Belair with a drop kick. Lynch hit the rock bottom for 2. Lynch with a series of right hands to Belair in the corner.
Banks knocked Lynch off the apron and went for a powerbomb on Belair off the apron. Lynch jumped off the announce table to take both of them out. Lynch applied a double disarmer. They got out of it and Lynch hit Banks with a few spinning kicks. Belair hit the KOD to Lynch, but Banks pulled Belair out of the ring and Lynch rolled up Banks.
