WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has filed a lawsuit against video game company “Activision”, stating that in the game, “Call of Duty: Black Ops 4”, a character named David “Prophet” Wilkes was ripped off from a comic book version of Booker’s “G.I. Bro” persona. The lawsuit will now be heading to trial starting on April 19th starting at 9AM. District Judge Robert W. Schroeder III will be presiding over the case.

Booker T filed the lawsuit back in 2019, stating there were two versions of his “G.I. Bro” comic book released in 2015 and that likeness was directly used in the video game. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 would go on to earn over $1 billion since it was released. Booker has requested that he be awarded whatever the court decides.
