Seth Rollins wants 2024 men’s Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes to challenge him and not Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL.
On this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Rhodes came out to address his Royal Rumble victory and announce his opponent at WrestleMania XL.
Rhodes had previously expressed his intent to face Reigns again, but Rollins came out and argued that The American Nightmare should face him for the World Heavyweight Championship instead.
Rollins argued that Rhodes would be making a big mistake choosing Reigns, as he refuses to believe that Rhodes or Reigns are “the guy” in WWE.
The Visionary called himself “the guy,” noting that he has been busy for the past two years while Reigns has been at home.
Rollins then compared his title reign to Dusty Rhodes’, calling it the workhorse title.
Rhodes conveyed that he respects Rollins and will consider his proposal.

Additionally, Katana Chance & Kayden Carter revealed on Monday’s episode of RAW that they will get a rematch for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on next week’s show.
Chance and Carter lost the tag team titles to Asuka and Kairi Sane on last week’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
The match is the first announced for next week’s edition of RAW, which will air live on USA Network.
