It’s been a month since former WWE CEO Vince McMahon announced his retirement. Fans now have seen ex-WWE stars return, more emphasis on wrestling, and wrestlers and commentators appearing more relaxed on television.

The change in leadership also seemed to have a positive effect on WWE’s production team. According to Pwinsider, the production department has welcomed the internal shift in the company and reportedly described it as “massively night and day.” The report adds the production team feels less pressure in producing the weekly WWE shows, and there’s no longer a need for “walking on eggshells,” which was often the case when Vince McMahon was in charge.

The report also stated that the WWE employees no longer anticipate Mondays and Fridays being the most challenging days of the week. One person said they are “allowed to feel like it’s fun to work here.” Creative channels are also reportedly more open to those working in production. The report adds that employees who previously were prepared to depart from the company are now reconsidering the move.

After Vince McMahon’s retirement, the company announced that Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan would be co-CEOs going forward. Triple H was then named Head of Creative for RAW and SmackDown.
