Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT is presented from the WWE Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida.

- Tiffany Stratton retained the NXT Women’s Championship over Kiana James by pinfall. After the match, Becky Lynch appeared on the TitanTron to announce she’s fighting Stratton for the title next week on NXT.
- Backstage, Diamond Mine celebrated being back in action and The Creed Brothers want to get those tag titles back. This put some of the other tag teams on notice, including Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo.
- Ilja Dragunov defeated Oro Mensah by pinfall. Following the match, Dragunov and Wes Lee both declared themselves the rightful next challenger. Carmelo Hayes came out to say he talked to Shawn Michaels last week to settle on Dragunov vs. Lee in a No. 1 contender’s match next week to determine who gets the title shot at No Mercy.
- Backstage, Gigi Dolin tried to warn Thea Hail to stay away from Jacy Jayne. Blair Davenport stepped in to talk some trash. Hail got upset that she’s being treated like a child and wants to prove that she’s not by stepping in the ring with Dolin. Jayne thought that was a funny exchange and poked the fire.
- NXT Global Heritage Invitational Match (Group B): Nathan Frazer defeated Duke Hudson by pinfall.
- Backstage, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger asked The Creed Brothers if they ever fought each other to get closer together. Since they’re brothers, of course they have. Bronco Nima, Lucien Price and Scrypts came over to say they also want the tag titles. The streets made them the way they are, and that’s something SCRYPTS can relate to.
- Tyler Bate defeated Dabba-Kato by pinfall.
- In the locker room, Kiana James was pissed about her failure later in the night. Lyra Valkyria and Roxanne Perez chastised her for her attitude and not too long after that, a fight broke out.
- Mustafa Ali defeated Dragon Lee (with special guest referee Dominik Mysterio) by pinfall. Mysterio did a fast count for Ali, who was happy at first, but then punched Dirty Dom after the match.
- In the locker room, Dragunov asked Trick Williams why he lied to Hayes last week when he said he knew Hayes could beat Dragunov. Either he’s lying to his best friend, or he’s lying to himself.
- Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey and Damon Kemp found out about Myles Borne’s conversation with Fallon Henley last week and they aren’t happy. Next week in their match, that might be his only chance to make an impression, so he’d better make it count. Borne says he will.
- Last week, Eddy Thorpe was upset about his loss to Dijak. He’s not done with him because he knows Dijak can’t beat him without cheating.
- NXT Global Heritage Invitational Match (Group A): Butch vs Axiom ended in a time limit draw.
- Los Lotharios also want to get their names in the running for the tag titles, and by confronting Stacks and Tony D, they kicked off a brawl backstage.
- Thea Hail defeated Gigi Dolin by submission in part due to interference from Blair Davenport. Hail didn’t notice that, for the record.
- The Creed Brothers nursed their wounds from the backstage brawl. They’re happy to be back in NXT.
- Dana Brooke got hot over Lyra Valkyria trying to give Kelani Jordan a pep talk.
- No Disqualification Match: Bron Breakker defeated Von Wagner by pinfall. Breakker then slammed the steel steps on Wagner’s head to end the show with the feed cutting to black to avoid showing it.
