In the main event of AEW Dynasty 2024, Swerve Strickland defeated Samoa Joe to win the AEW World Heavyweight Championship.
After the show went off the air, Prince Nana helped Strickland put the AEW World Championship belt on and they celebrated some more on the stage.
Justin Roberts then announced once again that Strickland was the new champion, and the two men headed to the back. Roberts thanked the crowd as the fans exited the building.
