It’s unclear if The Rock will return to the ring during this weekend’s Men’s Royal Rumble match, but Bobby Lashley will be ready for him if he does show up.
On a recent edition of the “Wrestle Binge” podcast, Lashley discussed the Brahma Bull, who many predict will challenge Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. He said,
“You know what, anybody that wants to take a step to that next level, take him out. If he comes in and I have an opportunity to throw him out, I will throw him out. Anything that he has, you have the ability to take from him if you take him out. So, I mean, it’s not gonna be a cakewalk for him.”
The Rock won the Royal Rumble match in 2000, albeit under controversial circumstances as it was later determined that he had been eliminated by The Big Show during the match.
Bobby Lashley has been announced for this year’s Men’s Royal Rumble match. He eliminated Brock Lesnar during last year’s Men’s Royal Rumble match.
