John Cena is slated to make his return to WWE television next month.
As we previously reported here on eWn, Cena is set to appear on the September 1st episode of WWE SmackDown from The Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
The former WWE Champion is also set to travel to India with the company for the upcoming WWE Superstar Spectacle show at the GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium on Friday, September 8th.
Cena took to Twitter to confirm he’ll be wrestling at the September 8th event. He wrote,
“Cannot wait to reunite with the @WWE family live on #Smackdown! Especially excited to meet the #WWE Universe in India and wrestle for the FIRST TIME EVER in 🇮🇳! The time is NOW…. C U all VERY soon!!! @WWE @WWEIndia.”
