Closing out NJPW’s Wrestling Dontaku tour on May 4th was Jon Moxley defending his IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Ren Narita. Now, Moxley has his next title defense set.
At the event, there was interference in the match from HOUSE OF TORTURE, but El Desperado and Shota Umino came to Moxley’s aid. After Moxley retained the title, it was announced that he would appear at NJPW Resurgence on May 11th in Ontario, California, to defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Title against Shota Umino.
