Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler in WWE) will defend the IWGP Global Championship against Hiroshi Tanahashi at NJPW’s Sakura Genesis event.
Nemeth won the title from David Finlay at ‘The New Beginning’ in Sapporo event late last week.
A week before the ‘Windy City Riot’ event in Chicago, New Japan Pro Wrestling will be holding its Sakura Genesis show in Tokyo. Tetsuya Naito will also defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against the victor of the New Japan Cup tournament.
