Jinny to challenge Satomura for NXT UK Women’s Title
A must-see edition of NXT UK is set to feature an edge-of-your-seat clash for the NXT Women’s Title between champion Meiko Satomura and challenger Jinny, NXT UK Champion Ilja Dragunov addressing the WWE Universe after his grueling title retention against A-Kid, and much more.
The Final Boss has been the golden standard for NXT UK after winning the title from Kay Lee Ray in June and finally ending the 649-day streak of The Forever Champion.
A living legend and savvy student of the game, Satomura has used a combination of blistering strikes and veteran know-how to retain her championship in thrilling bouts against Amale and Stevie Turner.
The cunning Jinny, however, arguably represents Satomura’s greatest challenge. In addition to jumpstarting Joseph Conners’ career, The Fashionista has established herself as one of the most dangerous and calculated competitors in WWE.
The Fashionista has earned her first championship match since January after scoring impressive victories against Aoife Valkyrie, Isla Dawn and Emilia McKenzie, and the stage is set for what is guaranteed to be a thrilling championship collision.
And speaking of thrill-a-minute championship matches, Dragunov is fresh off his wild fight with A-Kid, who took The Mad Russian to the limit three weeks ago.
With Dragunov having narrowly bested A-Kid, will a new challenger emerge?
Plus, Rampage Brown will step into the ring for a slugfest with Flash Morgan Webster, who confronted Brown in the backstage area and attempted to throw the first punch. Instead, Brown grabbed hold of his opponent, pinned him against the wall and told him that all he needed to do was ask for a match.
