This past Sunday at SummerSlam, Trish Stratus had a tremendous match against Charlotte Flair. Although many people believe this to be her final match, it is being reported that she may have one more desired match in mind before officially hanging it up.
At last year’s WWE Evolution event, Trish was supposed to take on Alexa Bliss in a match between generations. That match never took place because of Alexa’s injuries, but according to a report from Sportskeeda, this is a match that both women still regularly talk about and want to have in the near future:
“They both talk about the match all the time. It was a missed opportunity. They still want to make it happen but who knows when the chance will come again.”
With discussions of a possible follow-up event to last year‘s Evolution, it will be interesting to see if desires for this match come to fruition.
