WWE NXT Results

#1. [Last Chance Iron Survivor Qualifying] Roxanne Perez vs. Thea Hail (w/ Jacy Jayne) vs. Kiana James vs. Fallon Henley – Winner: Fallon Henley

Lola Vice warns Lyra Valkyria that she can cash in her contract for a title shot at any time. Tatum Paxley chimes in by challenging Lola to a match tonight, which she is happy to accept.

Wes Lee is in the ring with a crutch. He says he was dreaming about beating Dominik Mysterio for the NXT North American Championship. Unfortunately, it won’t be happening. Man to man, Dominik could not handle him. The same heart that would take on any opponent under any circumstance appreciates the support. He can’t feel his legs. He is in pain just standing in the ring right now. Wes Lee tears up as he says he requires surgery. He will be back. This is not a goodbye, and he is far from being done. For now, he will see us later.

Dominik Mysterio enters and tells us Wes Lee is going home again. He doesn’t doubt he needs surgery because it looks like he can barely stand. But think about how his back feels after carrying WWE for the past two years. While Wes Lee is sat at home, watch what he does with the title. I guess he has the night off at Deadline to chill with Mami. Wes cuts him off by saying he will still be competing. Rey Mysterio appears on the titantron to tell Dominik he will be defending against Dragon Lee. After a brief scuffle, Dominik backtracks and Dragon Lee holds up the title.

Backstage, Roxanne and Kiana are still fighting. Ava Raine appears to say she will go make this match official for Saturday.

An NXT Breakout Tournament is announced for next week with brand new names.

#2. Lola Vice (w/ Elektra Lopez) vs. Tatum Paxley – Winner: Lola Vice

Before the next match, Joe Gacy offers some random support to Vic Joseph.

#3. Alpha Academy vs. Meta-Four – Winner: Alpha Academy via submission

Hank & Tank visit Gallus’ patch and talk their way in to a match without getting hurt.

Ava Raine shares that she talked to Shawn Michaels, and he is making Roxanne Perez vs. Kiana James a cage match.

We have a summit with the Iron Survivor competitors: Tiffany Stratton, Lash Legend, Blair Davenport, Kelani Jordan, and Fallon Henley. Tiffany begins by reminding everyone of her ego. No one else can say they had a shoutout from Charlotte Flair, or that they held the NXT Women’s title. Kelani Jordan says she doesn’t know what to expect from Iron Survivor, but nobody else in this match does. She has worked her whole career for this moment. When she steps in the ring, her pace will be too quick for the rest to keep up with.

Lash Legend says that was cute, but nobody wants to hear her talk. Tiff claims to be the most athletic, but she doubts that. Lash says she has a strategy, and that is to keep sending all of them to the penalty box. Blair Davenport says she isn’t here to one up anyone with one-liners, and she doesn’t care about anyone’s opinions. Nobody has challenged her because they are worried they will be put on the sidelines like Nikkita Lyons and Sol Ruca. Fallon Henley says she doesn’t care who she has to beat, she is riding her momentum after winning tonight. It quickly breaks down after Fallon Henley stands up and hits Tiffany in the face.

#4. Axiom vs. Nathan Frazer – Winner: No Contest

The women from the previous segment ruined the match, and then Nikkita Lyons returned to get some revenge on Blair Davenport.

Andre Chase admits to his students that he owes hundreds of thousands of dollars. The students try to come up with ideas to get the university out of debt. Thea Hail seems to have a crush on one of the other students, so Jacy Jayne throws a paper ball in her face.

#5. [Last Chance Iron Survivor Qualifying] Carmelo Hayes vs. Tyler Bate vs. Joe Coffey vs. Eddy Thorpe – Winner: Tyler Bate

Tyler Bate says he is usually about peace and tranquility, but at Deadline, screw that, because he is coming for the other challengers. Dijak interrupts Bate, boots Thorpe in the face, and continues to insult him as he enters the ring. Bron Breakker arrives to tell them both that at Deadline, they will be put in the penalty box, and they should stay in there where it’s safe.

Josh Briggs pops up to say they are underestimating him, and he’s fine with that. He has waited his whole life for this moment, and at Deadline, he is shocking the world. Breakker says if he believes that, he is stupider than he looks. Trick Williams storms in and tells them all he is going to whoop that trick. A fight breaks out and security is quickly on the scene to split them up.

After continuously asking if he has been working with Lexis King, Trick Williams is told by Carmelo Hayes that he is asking for a match with King at Deadline to prove he hasn’t.

Ilja Dragunov tells Baron Corbin that he can mock him, but as soon he mentions his family, he will pay for crossing the line. Corbin says they are excuses. He chose to walk away from his son, which is exactly what his Father did to him. Dragunov becomes angry, but he restrains himself, because if he allows his anger to come out, Corbin will not make it to Deadline. He’s nothing but a materialistic son of a bitch.

Corbin says this isn’t about that, it is about vindication. He has been on TV for 8+ years through all the highs and lows, and he is taking what he has earned. He is bad enough to talk about his family. If he doesn’t like it, why doesn’t he do something? Corbin sets up a table and turns his back. Dragunov hugs him and says the only one who can beat the dragon is the dragon himself. Corbin looks worried as Dragunov grins.

The fight between the Iron Survivor competitors makes its way back out to the ring, and the show ends with Tyler Bate standing tall.
